Good luck with the blog. And thanks for the link on the blogroll. I like the theme.
Anonymous users can’t post comments though.

Thanks Robert…
I have been thinking of starting a blog with ages….. Well I have to admit that after looking at your blog it got me interested in starting this one.
Other blogs out there including yours are very good and I do like the humour and knowledge… so for now I’m giving up the daily tabloids and instead start reading good bloggs!
Oh…. I have turned off the register to post thingy so anonymous users should be able to post comments now. Thanks for pointing that out.
Talk soon

Cheers..
I have activated Akismet but says “Akismet is not active. You must enter your WordPress.com API key for it to work.”
Do I have to sign-up with an account at Wordpress to get the API key?
How did you get it manage this on a self install?

Go to wordpress.com and choose signup but only choose “just a username” Then you will get a key. In your blog admin page, browse to the plugins page and configure the akismet plugin by putting in the key you just got. Then enable the plugin from the plugins page.
